Application For Merit Award Pre-Dental Students

Application will be open from June 15, 2025 and closes Oct. 15, 2025.

2 Awards of $500 each.

Eligibility:

  • Female Muslim
  • Parents are not physicians (exception will be made if parents never practiced as physicians)
  • Current or pre-medical or dental student at an accredited university or graduate school
  • Attached transcript from university indicating Enrollment
  • Minimum cumulative GPA 3.50 only required for pre-medical and pre-dental students.
  • Copy of resume
  • Need picture with application.
  • Send your letter of school enrolment.

Academic Information

Please tell us what you can do for AMWPA now while you are in school? (Ex. starting a local AMWPA chapter at your school, volunteering for health fairs, etc) What else would you like the committee to consider upon reviewing your application? (Hardships, notable accomplishments, etc.)
